Move in under an affordable rent-to-own agreement, with rent set below the level that would strain your household budget.

Every on-time payment is reported to the credit bureaus, and 15% of your rent is credited toward your purchase (your Equity Credit Account). Financial coaching clears the path.

Qualify

Within a flexible 3–5 year window — paced to you, not a rigid deadline — you become mortgage-ready and secure a conventional take-out mortgage.

Buy your home at an affordable, pre-agreed price — choosing permanently-affordable ownership or an unrestricted clean-title exit.

Your purchase returns the original philanthropic capital, which funds the next family’s home. Donations become a revolving engine, not a one-time subsidy.

A full fee-simple purchase priced below market. Your buyout funds a replacement affordable home — ownership for you, permanence for the community.

Either way, the community keeps its home. Our replacement ratchet ensures the stock of permanently affordable homes is preserved or grows with every purchase — no King County organization offers a below-market clean-title exit like this.
